She's so cute! Her ear is probably floppy because she's teething. I don't know what the two have to do with each other, but both of my Chihuahuas went through a puppy phase where one (or both) of their ears were floppy at the tip. A breeder told me it was teething and I googled it because I thought she was crazy. Sure enough, it's true! :)

When I was helping train my room mate's dog, we used bells on the door & he learned to ring them when he has to go potty. But now I want to train one of my own! Man, I lurve me some baby puppies!
