The other day it was surprisingly warm and sunny and I love the way the sun pours into our bedroom around the same time each day. It apparently changed my mood completely because I suddenly found myself putting on some music, feeling very happy (borderline hyper), and wanting to dress as if it were summertime with bright happy colors and fun hair. So the pups sat and watched me make faces at the camera. I love how the sun has such mood changing powers. I need to take some vitamin D pills maybe lol! I wish this high-on-life feeling would stick around.

Mom says she doesn't know about the daylight over on your coast,. But with the short winter days, things would get pretty ugly around here without the Vitamin D. Both she and Dad take it daily. She said it works!
