To keep sponsorships as easy as can be, I like to use this PayPal form on my sponsor page where sponsors can make a payment as soon as they are ready. It makes it easier on me when it comes time to accept sponsorships. I created a step by step tutorial to show you how to add this PayPal form directly to your own sponsorship page. Read on to learn how!
Step 1: Log into your PayPal account and click on the Merchant Services tab then Buy Now Button

Step 2: Fill in the areas with an arrow. Each item is pretty self explanatory.

-Chose a Button Type lets you choose the type of button you are making (example: Buy Now, Donate, etc).
-Item Name is just naming the form you are making. So you can keep track if you make more than one.
-Add Drop Down Menu is where you put the options available for sale (example: Large ad for December, Small ad for December).
-Add Text Field is where you can add additional text boxes for your sponsors to fill in (example: contact email, URL to be linked to button).
-Under Customize text or appearance, you can put the location to your own custom made 'pay now' image.
-Click on Create Button
Step 3: Further customize your button. It's not necessary, but here you have the option to redirect sponsors to a thank you page after they send payment.

Step 4: Copy the HTML code to put into your blog

-Note, if you chose to use a custom image, it won't show up here. It will look like a big wide X.
Step 5: Paste the HTML code into your post or wherever you'd like it.
That's it!
Now, if you want, each month you can edit your button to change the name of the month so your sponsors know which month they are purchasing ad space for. To edit your button, follow these steps...
Step 1: Click the Merchant Services tab, then click My Saved Buttons

Step 2: Click the Action button next to the button's name and then click Edit Button

Step 3: Under Add Drop Down Menu, click on edit and update the month

-Don't forget to save the changes!
